Let’s open the season with new flavors in the menu

In early February, chef Maxim Golovin added 25 new dishes to the Rose Bar Baku menu. There is jamon from the Sierra Morena mountain (15 AZN), smoked salmon back (27 AZN), and a large selection of vegetable dishes. There is so many delicacies that you want to try everything at once!

At Rose Bar, we are always working not only on the taste of the dish, but also on the aesthetic: try the pistachio Lake Cake (12 AZN) and you will immediately understand everything.
Also, we have good news for all pasta lovers: many new dishes have been added to this category. Pappardelle with black truffle (22 AZN), Cacho e Pepe pasta (15 AZN), ravioli with mushroom tartare (20 AZN), various types of spaghetti - even the most demanding gourmet will find a favorite dish for himself.
